Returns
Customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Products should be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where legally permitted and properly communicated.
Certain sealed cosmetic products may be excluded from return for hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery and the legal requirements for this exception are met.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and assessed, your refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email alincobeauty123@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution under applicable law.
